Responsibilities
Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals
Leading the analysis efforts within the team
Supporting the analysis function within the organization
Providing third-level technical support, testing, and defect management
Leading team initiatives while participating in multiple IT project efforts with limited oversight from leadership
Demonstrating a keen understanding of both IT and the business we support
Serving as a subject matter expert for the application, technologies, integrations, or business processes
Qualification
Required
Expert understanding of critical software analysis efforts
Experience in analyzing a broad range of highly complex applications, websites, databases, and systems
Ability to provide third-level technical support, testing, and defect management
Experience in leading team initiatives while participating in multiple IT project efforts
Working knowledge of advanced concepts, practices, and procedures
Demonstrated understanding of both IT and the business supported
Ability to serve as a subject matter expert for applications, technologies, integrations, or business processes
Consideration of the current and future business environment of systems
Ability to bring an enterprise-level perspective to designs and solutions
