They are seeking candidates for the Service Engineering Development Program, which involves providing engineering and product support to customers through a comprehensive training program. Responsibilities
Provide engineering and product support to various internal and external customers
Apply technical knowledge and expertise to solve customer problems hands-on
Participate in a comprehensive 6-month training program based at Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio
Work jointly with The Timken Company teams such as sales, quality, manufacturing, and engineering to recognize customer needs and solve challenges
Identify and understand customer problems, provide solutions, promote The Timken Company products, and conduct hands-on trainings as needed
Qualification
Required
College graduate (December 2025 – May 2026)
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering degree
Ability to relocate
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Engineering internships/co-op preferred
Leadership experience demonstrated in academic or extra-curricular activities
