Responsibilities
Understand technology roadmap needs and propose innovative device and process solutions
Run TCAD simulations to define process details and device design
Design and layout devices using automated techniques for rapid prototyping of new ideas
Work with process integration team to define process DOE splits in the fab
Setup test measurements in lab and collect automated data as needed
Define optimum process and device layouts for best performance, reliability and manufacturability
Work with EDA and design engineers to support CAD tool development and product design
Support technology qualification and implementation of new products
Support production ramp up of new technologies and products
Mentor junior engineers in the group
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in electrical engineering, material science or similar discipline
10 years of technical work experience in relevant field
Deep expertise in Synopsys TCAD, Cadence layout, lab measurement and data analysis tools
Good communicator and team player
