Responsibilities

Perform experiments and generate data for one or more projects under the guidance of the team lead or team members

Produce and purify nucleic acids, proteins and other biologics

Compile, report and present experimental findings

Collaborate inter and intra-departmentally

Participate in generating new ideas and brainstorming solutions

Qualification

Required

BS degree biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related discipline

0+ years of experience

Detail-oriented with excellent documentation/record keeping skills

Ability to work independently after being trained in a task

Knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as PCR, electrophoresis, ELISA, etc

Preferred

Experience in mammalian cell culture techniques including expression-based assays, flow cytometry, and cell viability assays

Experience in NGS or long-read sequencing technologies
