Responsibilities

Provide support to and initiate appropriate project processes which ensure forward progress, highlight and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with stated project objectives

Support project leaders as they scan the business environment to identify potential issues that may impact the quality of services, interfere with the organization's ability to manage its risks, and/or create opportunities to address these issues more effectively

Effectively organize and facilitate project planning

Ensure continuity between project stakeholders

Develop schedule reports to include critical paths, driving paths, execution metrics, baseline metrics and charts Providing analysis to support decisions to control project results

Coordinate and consolidate complex, technical, programmatic, and strategic responses to support initiatives to a variety of internal and external audiences

Ability to understand capability gaps and assist in setting project- and product-level strategy and priorities, ensuring the portfolio is responsive and mapped to program goals
