Responsibilities

Assist in daily operations of TikTok Content Ecosystem’s large model data pipeline, including learning basic processes of data collection, quality check, and policy alignment

Support the team in sorting out requirements for content moderation rules, and participate in discussions on optimizing LLM-related workflows (e.g., content ingestion and rule application)

Learn to collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as recommendation algorithm, Trust & Safety, and R&D) by assisting in information collection, document sorting, and feedback communication

Required

Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, with a graduation date between Dec. 2026-September 2027

Majors related to computer science, data science, product management, or other relevant fields

Basic understanding or strong interest in large language models (LLMs); willingness to learn related knowledge and tools (e.g., basic API usage)

Good learning ability, logical thinking, and analytical skills; able to identify simple problems in daily work and try to propose solutions with guidance

Preferred

Experience in relevant internships (e.g., content moderation, platform governance, or data operation) is a plus

Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok

Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Python basics) or understanding of content governance policies
