Responsibilities

Apply professional judgment and knowledge of department policy and procedures in completion of assigned duties

Review approved credit package, creation and maintenance of credit records

Troubleshoot and provide resolution of underlying causes of data inquiries

Timely management, escalation and resolution of requests, inquiries and issues related to departmental functions

Participate in projects related to of the department and organization including performing user testing technology implementation

Identify gaps and provide input to streamline work processes

Apply understanding of how team integrate with others functions in accomplishing objectives of the department and organization

Provide cross training on process to relevant backup specialists

Required

1-2 years related experience

Bachelor's/University Degree or equivalent experience
