Responsibilities
Own the roadmap: Turn high-level business goals into a sequenced plan of features, models, and partnerships
Bridge the gap: Translate clinical ambiguity into technical requirements, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform vision
Lead the full lifecycle: From leading client discovery sessions through writing specs and prioritizing backlogs to running demos
Drive commercial impact: Create client decks, refine pricing models, and demonstrate Trovo’s value to current and prospective clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product and/or engineering experience
Proficient in coding with AI code gen tools
Proven experience navigating the clinical and operational complexities of the healthcare industry
Have a 'founder' mindset and are eager to dive into anything from engineering sprints to client meetings
Strong communication: The ability to translate complex AI concepts into crisp narratives for both engineers and clinical stakeholders
Based in New York and excited to be in-office 3+ days per week
