They are seeking a Staff Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing efforts, focusing on building and nurturing the partner ecosystem, particularly among start-ups, while reporting to the head of marketing.

Responsibilities

Own the partner marketing strategy and execution
Build the start-up program and land it through variety of channels to drive strong adoption
Engage with key partners, such as NVIDIA, to drive co-GTM with their start-up programs
Outline and track metrics to measure our success in the partner space
Collaborate closely with product and sales teams
Own core messaging for partners, working closely with product marketing to build those
Experiment and try new ideas that can help us scale further at the right ROI

Required

5+ years of partner marketing experience
Proven track record in creating and implementing high impact partner campaigns for B2B businesses, preferably in AI or Software Platform (PaaS)
Strong ownership mindset and ability to build something from ground up
Experience in building start up programs
Experience with scaling organizations through partner GTM
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting
