Equipment Review / Repair
Kiosk Set Up
Assist in Equipment Prep
Direct communication with POS Equipment provider
Reviewing and notifying about defective equipment
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
Comfortable around technology
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users to troubleshoot and find solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and deliver results, meet deadlines, and meet targets
Ability to meet physical requirements such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing ladders, lifting and moving up to 75 lbs, reaching, manual dexterity, and visual acuity
Preferred
One year of experience in a field technician support role
