Responsibilities

Responsible for management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction
Serve as a client contact to airport boards, commissions, and airport clients
Review and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies
Perform business development activities (client needs, research, proposals)
Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff
Assist with the training and development of professional and technical staff
Develop relationships with regulatory agencies
Travel periodically to work sites and other project related locations

Qualification

Licensed Professional EngineerCivil Engineering degreeAirport infrastructure experienceClient relationship managementBusiness development experienceConstruction contract administrationFeasibility studiesRegulatory agency relationshipsProject managementTeam leadership

Required

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
Licensed Professional Engineer
5+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with airport infrastructure
Experience with client relationship management and business development
Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration
