Creating a fun, engaging environment for guests
Sharing up-to-date product knowledge (styles, fabrics)
Acquiring new customers through leads & referrals
Submitting accurate orders and ensuring customer satisfaction
Contributing to team success by sharing best practices
Qualification
Required
Selling experience combined with people leadership
Self-motivated & driven to win
Ability to connect & build relationships with people
Strong communication, interpersonal & listening skills
Coachable, dependable and have a strong work ethic
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, retail, furniture, restaurants, or real estate
