5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with specific expertise in Agentforce / Financial Services Cloud
Proven track record in developing Lightning Web Components, Apex code, and custom workflows
Certified Salesforce Developer (preferred) and AI certification (required or highly desirable)
Strong understanding of insurance and financial services industry workflows
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
