Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage prospects within the auto and personal lending industry, showcasing the value of PayNearMe's payment solutions
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at lending institutions, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored payment solutions
Work in a highly transactional sales team conducting weekly discovery calls with prospects and signing 3 to 4 agreements per quarter
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure, while collaborating with internal teams for seamless implementation
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities within auto and personal lending, providing insights to inform product development and strategic positioning
Challenge prospects existing business processes and educate on new technologies to address legacy business pains
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates utilizing CRM & Sales tools to track and manage sales activities

Required

3+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise/ Mid Market sales, specifically focused on payments, with a preference for those with experience in the lending sector
In-depth understanding of lending processes, payments, and regulatory landscape within the auto and personal lending sector
Experience with Challenger Sales Methodology, a plus
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, using data-driven insights to shape sales strategies and drive revenue growth
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events
