Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust forecasting models across categories (RMC & RRP)
Conduct pricing analysis and scenario modeling to support commercial decision-making
Monitor, interpret, and report on market, regulatory, and consumer trends at the state level
Collaborate closely with pricing, trade marketing, merchandising, and sales teams to align forecasts with business strategy
Support portfolio and pricing teams in shaping commercial strategies based on evidence-driven insights
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on regulatory, consumer, and competitive dynamics
Identify and implement new methodologies to improve accuracy and relevance of market insights
Ensure insights evolve in line with changing consumer behavior, market trends, and regulatory shifts
Drive a culture of evidence-based decision-making within the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Economics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field)
5+ years of professional experience in market forecasting, analysis within FMCG
Strong knowledge of market modeling, forecasting, and pricing analysis
Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory and consumer insights into actionable business recommendations
Experience working with data agencies and syndicated data providers
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Analytical mindset with proven ability to deliver creative, practical solutions to business problems
