Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Write clean, efficient and reusable code
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues. Participate and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, production deployment, testing and maintenance
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team
Keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices
Support the implementation of software development best practices, including code documentation, configuration management, and version control
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, bootstrap)
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
Experience with agile development software
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
Ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, delivering high-quality software solutions on time and on budget
