Responsibilities

Analyze and improve onboarding or internal mobility experiences using employee feedback and digital tools
Support pilots of generative AI tools that enhance People operations, such as drafting knowledge articles or powering internal help bots
Build or refine dashboards that track key people metrics—like engagement trends, exit patterns, or learning participation
Contribute to initiatives that match employees to open roles or projects based on skills, interests, and business needs
Help run pulse surveys or focus groups and synthesize insights to inform people strategies
Create toolkits, communications, or digital materials that help employees navigate change confidently
Conduct competitor and market research to inform our evolving skills framework and workforce strategy

Required

Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing a bachelor's degree or in a 4+1 program in computer science/engineering or a related technology discipline

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
