Responsibilities

Create and execute annual marketing plan including:

Create and manage all marketing emails to customers

Coordinate marketing processes and ensure all tasks get completed on time

Track and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Manage social media/website including:

Writing, editing, and curating content across multiple channels and formats including blogs, social posts, videos, web pages, marketing emails

Execute content strategy that positively impacts brand awareness and increases revenue

Manage all social media channels to include posting schedules, content for posts, responses to customers, and engagement with community members

Create and maintain content for company websites

Work with internal and external resources to develop photography and video content

Work collaboratively with designer, photographer, and others at KCC and externally to achieve marketing goals

Develop and maintain collateral material

Acts as backup for customer service staff
