Responsibilities

Development and successful delivery of data science and generative AI solutions in accordance with the business requirements. Monitor solutions in production

Collaborate with cross functional teams that comprise product managers, engineers and business leaders

Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLMs efficacy, ground truth dataset quality, and guide product development roadmap

Required

7+ years of experience in a data science role, preferably in NLP, working in an agile production orientated environment

Expert-level understanding and practical experience (5+ years) with open-source Large Language Models (Llama2/3, Mixtral etc.), e.g., prompt engineering, inference, and fine-tuning

3+ years of experience with building Generative AI Solutions (Prompt engineering, designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions)

Ability to work in a fast paced high stakes environment

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and across teams

Ability to act in a managerial as well as hands on experience

Highly technical and hands on leader

Preferred

Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience on the Palantir platform or who can demonstrate certification

PHD or master's in data sciences or master's in computer science
