Responsibilities
Help build internal tools and cutting edge features into the Files.com product that drive value for the 4,000 businesses that use our platform
Build prototypes and dig deep into issues to understand the root cause
Participate in On Call Rotation for routine challenges, handling server issues and critical platform incidents
Qualification
Required
Strong background in building internal tools
Comfort building prototypes
Ability to dig deep into an issue to understand the root cause
Willingness to participate in On Call Rotation for routine challenges
Desire to build solutions and tools rather than maintain current toolset
