Found is transforming personalized weight care with an evidence-based platform that combines modern medicine and behavior change support. They are seeking Telehealth Providers (MDs & DOs) to deliver high-quality, patient-centric care while expanding access to weight management services nationwide.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centric care through synchronous consultations
Conduct health assessments, lab screenings, and manage diagnoses related to obesity
Prescribe medication if indicated, document patient interactions, and provide follow-up care
Provide ongoing clinical support to patients navigating their weight care journey, including managing medication side effects and changing treatment plans as necessary
Maintain continuity of care between patient and clinician to develop long-term relationships

MDDO degreeBoard certifiedIndependent practice experienceTelemedicine experienceObesity medicine certificationCommunication skillsAdaptability

Required

MD or DO degree
Board certified in at least one of the following: internal medicine, emergency medicine, family medicine
Licensed in multiple states, including some combination of: CA, TX, FL, NY, PA, NC, OH, GA, VA or IL. Candidates with licensure in additional states, including but not limited to AL, WA, NJ, TN, MD, SC are strongly encouraged to apply
At least 2 years of independent practice experience
Previous telemedicine experience
Strong and empathetic oral and written communication skills
Ability to adapt and remain agile, while helping to improve our ability to deliver care

Preferred

Obesity medicine certification
