Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their Chase The Vote initiative. The Ballot Chase Representative will communicate with the ballot chase manager, build community relationships, and encourage voting participation while tracking data and meeting goals.

Daily communication with the ballot chase manager
Building inter-community relationships
Encouraging others to send in their ballots
Building a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in precincts across a designated territory
Ensure that goals are reached
Foster community relationships
Track data daily

Qualification

Grassroots organizingTeam managementGoogle DriveSocial media proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
Unmatched passion for conservative politics
Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment
Unrelenting, positive attitude
Strong work ethic and goal oriented
Self starter and self motivated
Punctual and very responsive

Chasers are required to have a valid driver license
