Responsibilities

Serve as the technical sales lead throughout complex, consultative sales cycles, guiding customers from discovery to proof-of-concept demonstrations and post-sale success
Translate customer test requirements into detailed hardware-and-software configurations in partnership with application engineering and product management teams
Build and execute strategic account plans, maintain a healthy pipeline, and provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership
Deliver live and virtual product demos that address customer pain points, emphasizing measurable ROI
Conduct customer and partner training sessions and represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Act as the primary technical liaison, coordinating field-service, support, and roadmap feedback to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date domain knowledge of GNSS, PNT, RF, and digital signal-test technologies, as well as competitive offerings

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline; master's preferred
Five or more years in technical sales, pre-sales, or systems engineering for electronic test, measurement, or RF instrumentation
Demonstrated success selling high-value capital equipment using a consultative approach
Working knowledge of GNSS/PNT concepts, RF signal generation and analysis, or closely related test domains
Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills; able to engage engineering and executive audiences alike
US citizenship with the ability to obtain and hold a federal security clearance, as required by certain customers
Willingness to travel across Central US as business needs dictate (roughly 25–40 percent)

Preferred

Familiarity with defense acquisition lifecycles and government test standards
Experience scripting or automating test systems (Python, C++, or similar)
Prior success supporting large integrators, federal agencies, or prime contractors
