Successful completion of a four-year apprenticeship in one of the following trades: stationary engineering, air conditioning and refrigeration, electrician, pipe fitting or plumbing
Or a minimum of six years equivalent experience performing the duties of a building maintenance or systems engineer in a complex facility or environment and satisfactory completion of a trade course with a one-year duration
