Responsibilities
Regular maintenance duties including general carpentry, building repair, painting, basic electrical and plumbing work, grounds maintenance, and light janitorial tasks
Operate and utilize a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
Maintain simple records and prepare routine reports such as time expended and materials used
Perform other maintenance-related work as required
Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License is required
Experience in General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, and HVAC Maintenance
