Responsibilities

Support Private Banking deposit services including account opening, online support, regulatory and tax compliance, and general servicing
Deliver best-in-class service to Investment Management accounts, focusing on risk controls and supporting client-facing teams through account onboarding and ongoing processing
Act as an extension of the Front Office by managing account activities throughout the account lifecycle, bringing control and consistency to both internal teams and external clients
Provide service and support for investment accounts on our Trust Accounting & Custody platform (SEI/TRUST 3000), for daily account asset and cash management
Deliver white-glove onboarding experiences for Wealth clients, facilitating the preparation and distribution of account documentation
Drive innovation and business optimization through Robotics, Process Solutions, Program Management, Digital Business Solutions (e.g., DocuSign), and Technical Level 1 Triage support
Identify and mitigate KYC, AML, reputation, and regulatory risks while managing the opening of Investment Management and Private Banking accounts

Required

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
