Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end global mobility processes, including international assignments, transfers, and permanent relocations

Manage relationships and liaise with our external partners and internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience

Establish and maintain our long-term mobility strategy to ensure Palantir is set up for success globally

Develop and maintain global mobility policies and procedures in line with our company mission and culture

Utilize mobility metrics to drive key insights and decisions around movement of talent

Required

4+ years of relocation/immigration experience with demonstrated experience in one or more jurisdictions (US, EMEA, APAC, etc.); 2+ years of in-house corporate mobility experience (both international and US domestic) strongly preferred

General understanding of tax and payroll implications of cross state/country moves

Strong organizational skills and proven ability to track and deliver across competing priorities

Ability to problem solve and calibrate with stakeholders while navigating ambiguous situations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion to provide exceptional customer service and an ability to engage with all types of customers, external vendors, and authorities

Strong contributor and team player who takes ownership of tasks and delivers high-quality results

Ability to travel occasionally
