Responsibilities
Manage and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and create a thriving, engaged community
Oversee all community operations, ensuring the property meets and exceeds financial and occupancy goals while adhering to budgetary guidelines
Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff, fostering a culture of excellence through performance feedback, recognition, and professional development
Ensure top-tier customer service for residents, prospects, owners, and investors through outstanding communication and community engagement
Conduct property walk-throughs, ensure apartment homes are show-ready, and drive leasing activities (35% of the role)
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, analyze market trends, and adjust pricing strategies to maintain occupancy goals
Manage budgets, oversee contracts and capital projects, and ensure seamless day-to-day property operations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in property management with successful supervisory experience
Strong ability to promote the community, drive leasing activity, and build strong resident relationships
Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities and provide outstanding service
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently
Preferred
Preferred background in managing Luxury Class A properties and new lease-ups
Experience with Yardi, Rent Café, and CRM software is a plus!
