Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain Rogo’s iOS application using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
Establish and refine mobile development practices: planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts
Own major product features from concept to launch
Work closely with users and Customer Success to iterate quickly and ship improvements
Contribute to the overall architecture and direction of our mobile and frontend platforms

Required

5+ years of professional iOS development experience
Strong command of Swift, SwiftUI (iOS 16+), and UIKit
Experience building polished, high-performance apps with a focus on great UX
Comfortable working across concurrency, threading, and performance optimizations
Excited about crafting elegant interfaces and reusable, testable components
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Passionate about building delightful AI-powered experiences

Preferred

Experience integrating with backend services (REST APIs, gRPC, Server-Sent-Events)
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Experience deploying apps in an enterprise context (Microsoft Intune, enterprise App Store etc)
Previous experience at a fast-growing startup
Background at a design-forward product company (e.g. Notion, Figma)
Strong interest in AI and how it can shape modern mobile workflows
