Responsibilities
Conducting thorough oral examinations
Diagnosing various dental conditions
Performing necessary dental procedures
Ensuring accurate documentation of all dental care provided in the patient's dental record
Actively participating in clinical quality monitoring and peer review programs
Engagement in departmental meetings and educational programs
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited dental school (DDS or DMD)
Oregon Dental License and DEA certification
Maintenance of required CDE credits
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR)
Successful completion of credentialing and privileging review upon hire
Represents the organization professionally to the community
Proficient in general dentistry/clinical skills
Demonstrates professional leadership for the healthcare team
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Collaborative and self-directed work style
Strong communication skills
Successful relationship management in a diverse environment
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office and Epic
Compliance with HIPAA regulations and workplace safety standards
Preferred
English/Spanish bilingual proficiency
