Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive
YellowBird is a rapidly growing technology company focused on Environmental Health & Safety and risk management solutions. They are seeking a Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive to drive enterprise growth by identifying and securing new customers, while delivering measurable ROI through consultative selling and collaboration with marketing.

Responsibilities
Enterprise Growth: Proactively identify, pursue, and close enterprise-level opportunities with net-new customers and secure them for the long-term
Consultative Selling: Understand complex client challenges in EHS, risk management, and Insurtech, positioning YellowBird's solutions to deliver measurable ROI
Build and Execute a Pipeline: Lead pipeline development through outreach, events, and strategic engagement. Drive deals through the full sales cycle
Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with marketing to build strategic campaigns that resonate with targeted industries and key accounts
Data-Driven Execution: Leverage HubSpot (or similar CRM) and KPI tracking to drive consistent performance and accountability
Customer Advocacy: Be a champion for clients' needs and advocate for solutions that deliver real results
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, preferably with exposure to professional services, marketplace platforms, and/or industries like EHS, Risk Services, or Insurtech
Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in enterprise sales environments
Ability to actively listen, empathize, and solve complex problems creatively and bring value-based solutions to enterprise clients
Strong discipline using HubSpot or other CRM tools to manage pipelines and drive insights
Self-starter with a passion for growing a fast-moving, high-impact business
Stellar written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Location: Phoenix, AZ (preferred) or Remote (with travel)
