Install and configure wired and wireless security camera systems
Conduct site surveys and advise on camera placement
Test and troubleshoot networking and low-voltage systems
Provide excellent customer service during installations and follow-up visits
Educate customers on system use and features
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in security camera installation or low-voltage work
Familiarity with basic networking (IP cameras, routers, NVRs)
Proficient in using electronic testing tools and meters
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED
Electrical skills and schematic reading
Must be willing to work long hours if needed
Occasional overnight travel
Must be capable of lifting 50lbs or more and hard physical work
Must be knowledgeable and experienced in proper use of hand tools
Must have valid drivers' license plus clean driving record and pass pre-employment screenings
Preferred
Experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, or similar
Basic knowledge of home automation or alarm systems
Customer oriented and self-starter
