Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients
Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field
Current Oregon NP or PA license and DEA licensure in good standing
Minimum of three years of professional clinical experience in family practice or related field
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience with Epic EMR software
Current Washington NP or PA license for telehealth visits
