Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust tooling and testing infrastructure to support engineering workflows across our frontend and backend systems

Create comprehensive automation frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, leveraging tools like Jest, Playwright, Vitest, and Cypress

Build intelligent CI/CD pipelines that run tests efficiently through advanced techniques like file-change tracking, smart test selection, and parallelization strategies

Develop sophisticated utilities for mocking APIs, stubbing external services, and spinning up isolated testing environments that mirror production conditions

Monitor test reliability and performance metrics to continuously drive improvements in feedback speed and signal quality across all engineering teams

Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure code is testable, traceable, and properly instrumented to build confidence in our deployments

Create comprehensive documentation and onboard teams to best practices in test architecture and optimized developer workflows

Drive key technical decisions for testing infrastructure that supports our critical trading systems and portfolio management platform

Establish testing standards and architectural patterns that enable rapid, confident product development across all our wealth management offerings

Partner with backend teams to build reusable test fixtures and data factories for complex financial workflows and regulatory scenarios
