Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance

Collaborate with clients to understand complex business challenges and translate them into strategic Workday solutions

Present recommendations confidently to senior business leaders, addressing their concerns effectively

Enhance understanding of Workday capabilities and updates through ongoing learning and firm resources

Oversee the design and documentation of HR processes, including creating flowcharts and similar diagrams

Configure and set up Workday software in alignment with best practices

Manage and prioritize tasks and projects, proactively addressing potential roadblocks for smooth execution

Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders

Required

5+ years of experience with Workday HCM, with a strong focus on Workday Talent modules such as Performance, Succession, Career Development, and Talent Reviews

Deep functional expertise in Workday Talent configurations, business processes, and cross-module dependencies

Proven track record of leading and delivering successful Workday Talent implementations and optimizations across a variety of industries

Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to develop team capabilities and ensure high-quality project delivery

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior business leaders and clients

Demonstrated analytical skills to assess complex talent management challenges and propose scalable, Workday-native solutions

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or a related field
