Responsibilities
Lead the west region of Bioinformatics Operations team
Oversee and deliver high quality, stable and efficient Bioinformatics Pipelines and Applications
Work in an agile environment to foster innovation
Lead the team in validating, supporting, and extending fully automated clinical-grade analysis pipelines and applications
Partner closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Bioinformatics Research Engineers, Laboratory/Medical Scientists, and Enterprise IT
Ensure the appropriate service levels and sample TATs are maintained
Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for quality products across the region
Qualification
Required
Lead the west region of the Bioinformatics Operations team
Oversee and deliver high quality, stable and efficient Bioinformatics Pipelines and Applications in genetic laboratories
Work in an agile environment
Foster innovation and lead the team in validating, supporting, and extending fully automated clinical-grade analysis pipelines and applications
Partner closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Bioinformatics Research Engineers, Laboratory/Medical Scientists, and Enterprise IT
Ensure appropriate service levels and sample TATs are maintained
Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for quality products across the region both on prem and in the cloud
Work in a hybrid capacity with 3 days required onsite at Marlborough, MA location
