InternFizz is a social app that allows students to connect with their campus through moderated anonymous posts. They are seeking Social Media Recruiter Interns to assist in sourcing candidates for campus ambassador roles and managing the recruiting process.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the social media team to help source qualified candidates to hire campus ambassadors
Manage full-cycle recruiting process including screening, interviewing, and feedback
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers
Qualification
Required
Must be a current college student, age 18+, with a solid understanding of the Fizz product
Strong knowledge of Instagram and general social media etiquette
Excellent written communication and public speaking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work 15 hours per week in 2 hour periods
Preferred
Background in Marketing or Communications is appreciated but not required
