Responsibilities

Coordination and reviews of Submittals, RFIs, and Potential Change Orders
Field engineering and surveys
Recommending technical solutions and construction alternatives
Assessment of CPM schedules and network updates
Basic quantity surveys and cost estimating for construction Changes
Technical evaluations, client briefings and recommendations
Leading Quality Assurance efforts with emphasis on technical elements
Interfaces with contractors and stakeholders during Commissioning
Validating work completed for monthly progress payments
Maintaining as-built drawings and conformed documents; and
Assisting in the resolution of project issues

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Project Management. Waived for 10 years in the field of construction administration
5 years of construction experience
