Customer Care Respresentative
Elevator Services Group is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to serve as a point of contact for prospects and customers. The role involves providing customer care, answering calls, and assisting clients, particularly the elderly or disabled, in understanding products and services.
Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and greeting clients
Briefly explain products and services
Set sales and installation appointments on the calendar
Prepare information for the sales and installation calls based on client needs
Follow up as needed for customer care
Qualification
Required
Passionate and enthusiastic person to be a point of contact with prospects and customers
Ability to interact with clients professionally and compassionately
Enjoy helping people with physical disabilities
General office work for a 9-person office
Warehouse/inventory administration
Answering phone calls and greeting clients

Set sales and installation appointments on the calendar
