Responsibilities
Provide expert consultative and problem-solving services to managers, employees, and HR partners
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Lead investigations into employee relations issues and ensure proper resolution
Maintain accurate, confidential ER data in both system and paper files
Deliver services in accordance with the Employee Relations Service Level Agreement
Define, lead, and manage employee relations projects independently
Provide training related to ER policies and practices to business units
Resolve ER cases independently, escalating only the most complex situations
Serve as a subject matter expert on a wide range of ER policies and procedures
Partner with business leaders to develop solutions balancing legal, business, and employee needs
Identify critical factors in complex cases, recommend action plans, and evaluate alternatives
Apply project management tools to organize ER initiatives, manage risks, and plan contingencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR
Strong knowledge of HR regulations, policies, and procedures
Proven ability to handle complex ER issues and investigations
High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skill
Preferred
Experience working across diverse teams or international environments is a plus
