They are seeking a Junior Brand Manager to support U.S. operations, acting as a key contact between the company and its wholesaler network while learning about international brand management and trade marketing.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily communication with 40+ wholesalers across the U.S

Ensure delivery and alignment of marketing and communication assets

Collaborate with Ventisquero Wine Estate (Chile) to adapt global marketing materials for the U.S. market

Support trade marketing initiatives and execution of brand strategies

Assist in developing creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and sales performance

Participate in training sessions in Chile to gain a deep understanding of the brand and operations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and market dynamics

Interest in international business, wine, or brand management

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. work authorization required)

1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar field (internships accepted)

Preferred

Spanish proficiency is a plus
