Business Development Partner (Commission-Based)
Diverse Health is a virtual care platform providing culturally responsive primary care and mental health services to underserved and underrepresented communities. As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for securing strategic partnerships and service delivery deals across various sectors to help expand access to healthcare services.

Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with decision-makers across target sectors
Pitch Diverse Health’s capabilities and co-design partnership models
Close contracts for direct service delivery, pilot programs, training opportunities, and more
Track all outreach and deal activity in CRM tools
Collaborate with leadership to refine strategy and support implementation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
Strong existing network in healthcare, public health, education, or government
Deep understanding of health equity and cultural responsiveness in care
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently in a commission-only role
