Responsibilities
Manage all phases of real estate development projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals
Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Bluebeam for documentation and communication
Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of milestones
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate cost assessments
Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Prolog) and tools (e.g., Bluebeam)
Strong understanding of construction processes, including site management and civil engineering principles
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical skills for evaluating project performance and making data-driven decisions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Familiarity with Civil 3D software is a plus
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
