Responsibilities

Be the Voice of Nexis Builds You'll be the first impression clients have of our company, so your communication skills must be top-notch
Handle Inquiries Efficiently Answer calls, emails, and live chat messages from clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring quick and accurate responses
Resolve Issues Proactively Troubleshoot concerns, coordinate solutions, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Build and Maintain Relationships Foster strong connections with clients and partners to ensure loyalty and repeat business
Process Orders and Service Requests Handle order placements, project status inquiries, and service requests with efficiency and accuracy
Stay Organized and Detail-Oriented Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system
Collaborate with Teams Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to relay client needs and ensure seamless service delivery
Identify Opportunities for Improvement Gather customer insights and recommend ways to enhance our processes and services
Educate Customers Provide clients with essential information about Nexis Builds' services, policies, and project updates
Maintain a Positive and Professional Demeanor Represent Nexis Builds with enthusiasm and professionalism in all interactions
