Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the accounts payable (AP) process, ensuring timely and accurate payments

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly

Prepare and review monthly journal entries and general ledger reconciliations

Monitor and maintain financial records in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

Support audit preparation and collaborate with external auditors as required

Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
