Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data in internal databases and software systems
Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Identify and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors
Maintain and organize digital records in a confidential and secure manner
Generate basic reports and assist in data audits as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data workflows across departments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is a plus
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with data management tools is a bonus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
