Support existing customers with unique and challenging issues

Assist customers with troubleshooting issues that may fall outside of our control (networking, firewall, telco, etc.)

Participation in the on-call rotation to support customers on nights and weekends as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)

Willingness to travel up to 80% to local interstate and Canadian customers
