Accurately enter and maintain data in our company's databases and systems
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Review and organize data for accuracy and completeness
Identify and report any errors or issues with data
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and on time
Adhere to company policies and procedures for data entry and confidentiality
Utilize software and tools to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with construction or real estate data is a plus
