Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in prospecting and generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media
Act as the first point of contact for potential clients and provide them with information about our services
Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the sales team
Prepare and send sales proposals and contracts to clients
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Fluency in English is required
Preferred
Knowledge of the freelance industry is a plus
Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
