Senior LevelPadmore Global Connections is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, particularly focusing on Dynamics 365 applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
Designing and implementing Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to meet business needs
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process automation, and develop solutions that streamline business processes
Configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to align with organizational goals and requirements
Migrating legacy MS Access databases and applications to the Microsoft Dataverse
Integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications as needed
Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders
Performing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure optimal performance and reliability of Power Platform solutions
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Ability to design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite
Experience in designing and implementing Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process automation
Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
Experience in migrating legacy MS Access databases and applications to the Microsoft Dataverse
Ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications
Experience in providing technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders
Experience in performing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Power Platform solutions
